Charles E. Maulbetsch is founder and CEO of Christopher Place Senior Communities, which owns and operates 596 senior independent, assisted living, and memory care units in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Oregon. Christopher Place is one of only three securitized senior housing Tenant-in-Common (TIC) sponsors in the United States. Mr. Maulbetsch has founded several non-profit senior housing companies which acquired over 1,550 senior affordable housing units throughout Michigan. He served as President of the real estate subsidiary of a $100-million senior care company and as a Certified Public Accountant for the firms of Ernst & Whinney and Coopers & Lybrand.

William J. Davis III is a local real estate developer experienced in new housing, commercial, and institutional development. He has participated in the development of more than 1.6 million square feet of buildings throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and New York. Mr. Davis has served as a consultant on numerous institutional projects, specializing in development feasibility and securing entitlements. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan.
